01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to jqkclub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and jqkclub ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jqkclub platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use jqkclub services. Continued use of our platform after any updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use jqkclub services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. jqkclub does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to use our platform under any circumstances.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any jqkclub employee.
• Not having any other active account under the same name or details on the jqkclub platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any software that conceals your actual location when accessing the platform.

03 Account Registration & Verification

Registering with jqkclub is simple and free. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active mobile number, and a secure password.

Jqkclub reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly when a withdrawal request exceeds a certain threshold or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. Required documents may include a copy of your identity card or passport and proof of current address.

• Each individual is permitted to register only one account. Duplicate registrations will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the jqkclub support team.
• Jqkclub reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

04 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Jqkclub supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no currency conversion fees.

Deposit: Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 business hours once all required security checks are completed. jqkclub reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. jqkclub does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any attempt to circumvent bonus wagering requirements before making a withdrawal will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus.
• Jqkclub reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Jqkclub does not charge any fees for deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, third-party charges from payment providers may apply.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Conditions

Jqkclub offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all jqkclub bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members who register and make their first deposit for the first time only.
• Each member is eligible to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 10x, 20x) and varies by promotion type.
• Jqkclub reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, cross-account collusion, or any method that violates the platform's terms.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.

06 Wagering & Game Rules

All betting and gaming on jqkclub is subject to the following rules. By placing any bet or starting any game on our platform, you agree to comply with these rules in full.

• All betting outcomes are final once the relevant event or game has concluded and been recorded by the jqkclub system.
• Jqkclub uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness across all casino and slot games.
• Bets placed using erroneous odds or incorrect limits due to a technical error may be voided by jqkclub. Any winnings derived from clearly incorrect odds will be cancelled.
• Bets suspected of involving fraud, player collusion, or exploitation of system errors may be voided and the account in question suspended for further investigation.
• Jqkclub reserves the right to set maximum betting limits for any member or event at any time at our sole discretion.
• Sports betting results are based on official rulings from the relevant sports governing body. jqkclub is not responsible for any changes to results after bets have been settled.

07 Account Security & User Responsibilities

Your account security is a shared responsibility. jqkclub employs the latest encryption technology to protect our platform, but you also play an important role in keeping your own account secure.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
• Use a strong password – at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account each time you finish using the platform, especially when using a shared device.
• Report to the jqkclub support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Jqkclub will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Please be vigilant against phishing attempts.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the device used to access jqkclub is free from malware and viruses.

08 Responsible Gaming

Jqkclub is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and playing on our platform should always remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, never a burden or an addiction. To that end, we provide a range of tools and resources to help our members play wisely.

Jqkclub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms or suspicious activity. This action may be taken under the following circumstances:

• Registering more than one account by the same individual or using the same information.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in games or wagering.
• Money laundering, payment fraud, or any illegal activity conducted through the jqkclub platform.
• Coordinating across multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes or claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Abusive behaviour, threats, or harassment directed at jqkclub staff or other members.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member through jqkclub support channels.

10 Terms Changes & Applicable Law

Jqkclub reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the jqkclub platform after any changes to the Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and stop using our platform.

• These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
• Any dispute arising from the use of the jqkclub platform should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
• Jqkclub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
